How it works
Step-1
Self-study Online Modules
You’ll have independent learning with structured weekly videos and exercises that cover every aspect of your exam. You will reinforce your knowledge by accessing the programme whenever and wherever through your tablet, laptop or phone.
Step-2
Go live
Once a week, join an live lesson in a small group of like-minded students (10 max), providing a sense of community and accountability. We will cover a topic of your speaking exam and we will mostly work on the conversation part as it is usually the most stressful part for the students. This will help you to get confidence and skills in the oral section. Your teacher will show you how to excel for this section and provide you with the confidence and strategies you need.
Step-3
Get feedback
Get personalised, verbalised feedback on your work from a fully qualified French teacher. You will submit writings for corrections and personal feedback, and speaking recordings for language and pronunciation feedback. (+ a full mock exam at the end of the programme).

Is the 16-Week programme for me?

Why 16 weeks?
Membership to the programme is for an initial 16 weeks, during which all the essential material will be covered. This includes a weekly live lesson.
Getting a top grade requires a considerable investment of time, effort and commitment. During the first months, it’s important to prioritize input in order to build up the basics. This is why I believe you will start seeing results with the first 16 weeks.
How much time will I need to commit in this programme?
You will need to commit at least 1-2 hours per week to watching videos, implementing and submitting work, and attending live speaking lessons over the course of the 16 week programme.
You will have full access to the online curriculum, with which you will be guided to work between live lessons.
If your goal is to achieve a top grade in your exam, you will need to make extra time for French. And remember that individual practice is crucial to succeed! Often, students think that the more classes they attend, the better they will succeed. This is NOT true. You need to do individual study to practice your active learning.
Every week, I would recommend you to at least:
-attend the live lesson
-completing your weekly homework
-revise a specific vocabulary on a topic
When does the programme start and finish?
You can start the programme whenever you want if there is still availabality. The programme has 16 modules. I recommend to complete 1 module every week. During the first 4 weeks, you will create your study material (tailor-made study plan, define your learning style, create your mind maps). During the last week of the programme, you will be able to take your mock exam and claim your Certificate of Completion!
Does the programme include live class?
Absolutely! Once a week, with a group of max 10 students, we will cover a topic of your speaking exam. We will mostly work on the conversation part as it is usually the most stressful part for the students. This will help you to get confidence and skills in the oral section. I will show you how to excel for this section and provide you with the confidence and strategies you need.
Your teacher will run 6 live lessons between Tuesday and Thursday at different times (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening). You can simply choose the one that suits you the best (contact your teacher to have more information and see if there is still availability)
Who is going to correct my speaking and writing assignments?
During the 16-week programme, you will receive a total of 6 speaking and writing tasks to complete (+ a full mock exam at the end of the programme).
You can submit writings for corrections and personal feedback, and speaking recordings for language and pronunciation feedback.
Your teacher will help you to quickly identify areas to focus on and where you may need additional support . She will know exactly what needs to be done to move you forward in your learning to achieve the best grade!
What if I can't attend a live lesson?
You can submit a question for me to answer on the call, and I’ll send the lesson notes every week on Google Chat.
Can I get support between sessions?
Of course! You will receive unlimited 1:1 support via chat/video whenever you need it. Send your teacher a message directly on Google Chat!
Your teacher is here FOR YOU during and outside the live classes. Progress is rigorously tracked and feedback is provided systematically to ensure students are on track.
During the live lessons, feel free to ask any questions you might have to your teacher and please remember: there are no silly questions, only silly answers (so all the stress is on your teacher, not you! 😉 )
When, where and how am I going to study?
Anytime, anyplace, anywhere!
For the live lessons, you just need to have 4 important things/tools:
-a reliable internet connection
-a phone, laptop or tablet
-your good mood
-motivation
Your teacher will do the rest including saving all the lesson notes on a document which will be shared with you after each session.
You can access the programme whenever and wherever through your tablet, laptop or phone.
Is there a final exam?
Yes, there is a mock exam to complete at the end of the programme. You will get a detailed and personalized correction and feedback.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, you will get a Certificate of Completion when you complete all of the course lessons. You can use the certificate to prove your attendance of a GCSE course. You can also share your final exam result.
Am I going to have a free trial lesson?
I do not offer a free trial lesson. Why? Simply because this would only show you a part of the programme (live class) you plan to enrol. However, I want you to know every aspect of it and be sure it is the right one for you. This is why I offer you instead:
-a free constructive and personalised 1:1 session called Action Plan Call. During this 30 Minute session, we will talk about everything you need to know.

What happens if I sign up and decide it's not for me?
Before joining the group programme, we will speak 1-1 to ensure that we both feel the 16-week GCSE Programme is the right fit for you.
I also have a ‘Love It or Leave It’ Guarantee. My plan is for you to love this programme and want to stay for the full 4 months.
If you join and it doesn’t feel like the right fit, you can leave within the first 7 days and we’ll part as friends (you will then receive a partial refund), or your payment plan will
be cancelled for the remaining 3 months and you’ll get a partial refund of the first payment ).
