Try this today:
1-Choose ONE French task (e.g. revise vocab on "School")
2-Set a timer for 25 mins (use your phone or a Pomodoro app like Focus Booster or Pomofocus.io)
3-Work without distractions
4-When the timer rings, take a 5-minute break
5-Repeat!
