🕑 25 minutes work + 5 minutes break
That’s one Pomodoro.
After 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 mins).
Why does it work?
✅ Forces you to focus without distractions
✅ Keeps your brain fresh and avoids fatigue
✅ Perfect for things like vocab revision, writing prep, or listening tasks
Try this today:
1-Choose ONE French task (e.g. revise vocab on "School")
2-Set a timer for 25 mins (use your phone or a Pomodoro app like Focus Booster or Pomofocus.io)
3-Work without distractions
4-When the timer rings, take a 5-minute break
5-Repeat!
